Early in your career and drawn to the more complex side of finance law?

RE:FI STHLM is growing and we're looking for an associate (approx. 1.5–3 years' experience) to join our team at the intersection of transactional finance, restructurings and insolvency.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn the space properly – when structures work, and when they're tested.

We advise lenders, investors and corporates on financings, amendments, restructurings and distressed credits, often before formal proceedings arise and sometimes in connection with formal court and insolvency proceedings.

The role

• Work closely with partners on complex financings, amendments and restructurings
• Get hands-on exposure to insolvency-related issues in a transactional context
• Participate in negotiations and client matters from day one
• Take on real responsibility early, in high-stakes situations

You have

• Approx. 1 ½ – 3 years' experience from a business law firm or similar
• A solid background in finance and banking – this is the core of what we do
• A genuine interest in restructurings and insolvency (prior experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• An analytical, commercial and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfort in a specialist, low-ego and high-expertise environment
