About the role

As a Legal Associate, you will work closely with founders, management teams and investors, often as an external in-house counsel and strategic sounding board. You will be involved early in key decisions and play a real part in shaping growth journeys.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on fundraising, M&A and ownership structures

• Designing and implementing equity and incentive programs

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

• Advising on AI, data, and emerging business models

• Supporting governance and strategic decision-making

We are looking for a skilled lawyer with solid analytical ability, technical precision and integrity. Clients rely on us for high-quality legal advice – and the best advice comes from lawyers who think like entrepreneurs without forgetting they're lawyers.

About you

You meet the following qualifications:

• Swedish Master’s degree in Law

• 3–5 years in a top-tier law firm, preferably with some in-house experience

• Experience in corporate law and/or M&A.

• Fluent in Swedish and English

Experience from startups or scaleups is a strong plus.

More importantly, you are commercially sharp, pragmatic, curious and precise. You are motivated by impact, responsibility and the opportunity to build something long-term. You see legal strategy as a driver of long-term value creation, not merely a compliance function.
