We are now looking for a Group Legal Counsel to join our General Counsel at our Group office. This role will be based in Solna, Sweden.

What You Will Do

The Group Legal Counsel will provide broad legal and compliance support across the Adapteo Group, working closely with Group functions and business units to ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with best-practice corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise on commercial agreements, procurement, customer contracts, and real estate matters.

- Deliver legal risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to support business decision-making.

- Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs, including the Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, AML, and Data Privacy policies.

- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments relevant to our industry.

- Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, transactions, and specialist matters.

- Contribute to corporate governance initiatives, policy development, and legal training across the Group.

Who You Are

- LL.M. or equivalent legal degree.

- 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

- Solid understanding of Nordic and EU legal and regulatory frameworks.

- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with experience in commercial, regulatory, and corporate law.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and communicate effectively.

- Experience in construction, infrastructure, and/or public procurement law is a distinct advantage.
